4. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Elixir MRE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Powdered Products & Tea
We accept returns on unopened powdered products and tea within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.
Approved returns must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after returned products are received and inspected.
Mookie Cookies
Due to food safety and perishability concerns, all Mookie cookie sales are final and non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on Mookie cookies once they have shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
